The Denver Fleet Division selected Multiforce’s FuelForce team to implement a fuel management solution for a fleet of 1900 vehicles, 6800 fueled equipment and over 10000 drivers at 17 fueling sites in 7 locations. The fuel management system package provides secure authorization and tracking of fuel from fuel dispensers of unleaded, diesel, bio-diesel, E85, and propane, as well as anti-freeze, hydraulic oil, and motor oil fluids. Benefits include the overall tracking of the fuel & fluid system, the increased accountability at the automated sites, the value of fuel reconciliation, and the detection of potential leakage problems. The system matches fuel issues to delivery data obtained through the data integration with Veeder-Root TLS consoles. Another benefit includes the data integration with the Agency’s fleet management software, allowing the early detection of PM issues and the better control of preventative maintenance.
