Most recently, Jack was the owner of a consulting business specializing in strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and business restructuring in the Healthcare industry. His prior experience includes Senior Vice President and General Manager of Philips Medical Capital, Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for GE Capital Fleet Services, N. America, along with a number of senior level Operations, Sales and Finance positions in banks and other financial services companies. Jack has a BA in Accounting from William Paterson University with additional training and certifications in Process Management, Six Sigma Quality and Credit.

Jack will be responsible for providing vision, senior leadership and delivering best-in-class results in all operating areas. Jack is married with three children and he will be relocating to New Hampshire in the near future.
