Most recently, Jack was the owner of a consulting business specializing in strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and business restructuring in the Healthcare industry. His prior experience includes Senior Vice President and General Manager of Philips Medical Capital, Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for GE Capital Fleet Services, N. America, along with a number of senior level Operations, Sales and Finance positions in banks and other financial services companies. Jack has a BA in Accounting from William Paterson University with additional training and certifications in Process Management, Six Sigma Quality and Credit.

Of his appointment and abilities for success with Merchants Leasing, Firriolo says, "I am excited to be joining the Merchants family. Jack will be responsible for providing vision, senior leadership and delivering best-in-class results in all operating areas. Specific duties include developing tactics to execute the initiatives in the strategic plan, delivering net income and other key deliverables on an annual basis, overseeing the completion of information technology projects, along with building and growing the organization.

Jack is married with three children and he will be relocating to New Hampshire in the near future.
